Muffins
The students in my class run a very successful muffin business selling muffins to the staff at each building in the district once a month. We have found that the more "sinful" the muffin the better our sales tend to be. The issue we have is that one of our favorite people is a earnest health proponent and feels very strongly that we should be serving healthy muffins. I can see what she is saying, but would you really be ordering a orange bran muffin or a multi-grain apple muffin? I think one treat a month may not be a bad thing, but we are trying to give our customers what they want. So, what do you want?
Pirate's Galley
Pirate's Galley is our lunch that we make and serve several times a year. It seem to have gotten a little stale and we are lacking support from most of the high school staff. I am looking for ways to improve our turn out. So I am soliciting ideas. Do you have menu suggestions or maybe even a change in how we run galley....... Please let me know what you think.

Vlogs and podcasts
Today we learned about vlogs aand podcast. I can definitely see using this in the fall. I think it would be beneficial for the kids to see how they look and present themselves. I also think that it could be a great tool to use for speech development. Sometimes I think the kids have no idea what they sound like when they speak and if they could hear themselves as we hear them it may help their speech. Also, it would be a fun way to record changes throughout the school year.
